Ayahuasca and Marijuana Use

How Does Marijuana Use Affect Ayahuasca Healing?

Can I use Ayahuasca and Marijuana together? Many retreats around the world are reporting similar experiences when working with people who use Marijuana. Ayahuasca is unpredictable and works with people in a unique and personalised way. No two people report the same experience. Having multiple ayahuasca ceremonies makes one realise that every ceremony is different.

Most people have a strong experience with Ayahuasca, but there are some for whom the medicine has no effect. I have seen this in many people, and the exact reason is unknown. Many of them were heavy Marijuana/ Herbal remedy users or took pharmaceutical medication for long periods.

The majority of people who reported no experience were heavy Marijuana users in the last year. Heavy use is when
you use Marijuana four to five times a week. Light use a few times a month does not seem to impact the experience. However, even after heavy use of Marijuana is stopped for a few months before coming on retreat, it still influences the clients’ experience with Ayahuasca.

Heavy users can still have a powerful experience during a ceremony, and there are reports of people having just that, but around 70% of heavy users will be affected.

Although the results of working with either Ayahuasca and Marijuana can facilitate expansiveness and healing, the way they work with us to create these transformations are complete opposites; they are different pants with different energies. Like two doctors specialising in different modalities to bring balance but mixing them could influence each other

The powerful detoxing effects of Kambo can assist in detoxing the body. Marijuana users that have stopped for more than three months could benefit from having Kambo before Ayahuasca. The amount of Kambo sessions that are needed before an Ayauahuasca ceremony will depend on how long you have been off Marijuana and how much you used. Please contact me if you are interested in working with Kambo for Marijuana use. The Ayahuasca and Marijuana Use

Purging Your Digestive Tract for More Effective Absorption, How can Ayahuasca and Marijuana Use be fixed?

Purging is a significant aspect of using both kambo and ayahuasca. With ayahuasca, though, it is often thught of as a side-effect or something endured during the initial phases of the experience in order to reach the peak. On the other hand, purging while using kambo is one of the main goals. And when kambo is used to purge your system before taking ayahuasca, it can increase the speed and efficacy of the absorption of ayahuasca, giving you a cleaner, more intense experience at a lower dosage.

Although kambo and ayahuasca both cause purging, kambo’s unique chemical makeup makes it more intense. The main peptide in kambo that causes purging is called phyllomedusin. It causes increased salivation and stimulates smooth muscles to contract, which causes vomiting and diarrhoea. Throughout the process, you will likely vomit and use the bathroom several times. This will allow you to expel undigested food and digestive juices such as bile. Bile, secreted by the liver, coats your digestive tract and aids digestion by breaking down fats and allowing them to be absorbed into the bloodstream. By getting rid of the bile in your stomach and intestines, your body doesn’t have a chance to reabsorb the toxins before they are expelled. This leaves your body ready to absorb and break down the chemicals in ayahuasca.

Since some people do not experience purging when they take ayahuasca or do not experience it until later in the ceremony, purging with kambo before taking ayahuasca can greatly change the experience. For one thing, the purging during the ayahuasca ceremony may be less intense so you are better able to concentrate on the psychological effects of the ayahuasca. It can also make you less likely to pass the tea through your digestive system and out of your body, making lower doses more efficient and allowing you to experience the physical and psychological effects of the ayahuasca sooner. This can give you or your practitioner greater control over your ayahuasca dose and can potentially lead to a safer, more manageable experience.

Increasing Circulation to Facilitate Crossing of the Blood-Brain Barrier. Ayahuasca and Marijuana Use

The peptides phyllomedusin and phyllokinin—both present in kambo— are potent blood vessel dilators. As the kambo begins to circulate through your body, your blood vessels will expand, allowing the peptides to cross over your blood-brain barrier more easily. Your blood vessels will remain dilated, and you will experience increased blood circulation for a short time after the treatment. If you take ayahuasca during this period, the active ingredients will reach your brain more quickly after you ingest the tea and more of the substance will cross over into your brain, increasing the effectiveness of the substance.

This increased effectiveness can give your practitioner greater control over your experience. Usually, there is a waiting period after you ingest the tea before you reach peak effects. The amount of time it takes before you begin feeling the effects depends on your personal chemistry. With more immediate results, your practitioner will be able to monitor the depth of your experience more closely and can make sure you have an experience at the level you are ready for. However, it is important that your practitioner is familiar with how kambo can interact with ayahuasca so that they lower your initial dose and prepare you for more immediate, intense results.

Easing You Into Psychedelic Experiences

Kambo has a unique position in the world of psychedelics because it can cause a sense of emotional euphoria or well-being. Still, it does not cause hallucinations or non-ordinary states of consciousness. Ayahuasca, on the other hand, is more of a classic psychedelic in that it creates an obvious shift in your consciousness, changing the way you perceive the world for a short period. Because of these differences, kambo can be a useful introduction to the world of psychedelics and prepare you for a more psychologically intense ayahuasca experience.

If you have never experienced a classic psychedelic, it’s normal to feel a bit apprehensive. Taking kambo first can be a less intimidating introduction to psychedelics since your basic perception of the world will not be changed during your experience. For this reason, you may choose to try kambo for several weeks or even months before you try ayahuasca. However, take kambo within 24 hours of taking ayahuasca. The euphoria and sense of wellness that kambo produces can help you feel more relaxed and open to the psychological benefits of an ayahuasca experience.

Creating Greater Awareness of Your Body Before a Psychedelic Treatment

For many people, one of the most important aspects of an ayahuasca ceremony is the blending of spiritual and physical awareness. While some people prefer an inward journey that allows them to stop concentrating on their body in order to reflect on their mind and emotions, others find it helpful to connect intense mental and emotional thoughts with physical experiences. These people often have a desire to walk, dance, sing, chant, or otherwise express themselves physically while under the influence of ayahuasca. For those who prefer this type of psychedelic experience, kambo can help you become more aware of your body through its intense physical effects.

Besides purging, kambo produces other noticeable physical effects such as a flushing, tingling sensation in your limbs and face and slight swelling in your extremities and around your eyes. These physical sensations, experienced with your normal awareness, can help you become more aware of your body. At the same time, two of the peptides in kambo—caerulein and sauvagine—will stimulate your adrenal cortex. This can create heightened sensory perception and increased stamina and is why kambo was often used before a hunting trip. All these effects create an increased sense of your physical body which can, in turn, help you connect the spiritual ayahuasca experience with your physical existence.

Kambo and ayahuasca have been used together traditionally, and now, more Western practitioners are beginning to understand the benefits of preparing your body with kambo shortly before an ayahuasca ceremony. Although both substances have benefits when used independently, their effects can be heightened and controlled more carefully when used together. Suppose you are interested in taking kambo before an ayahuasca ceremony. In that case, it is important to discuss your intentions with an experienced practitioner and make a plan that is both safe and effective.

Ayahuasca is a powerful medicine and teacher plant that brings deep multi-level healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. While ayahuasca and other medicinal plants may address a very large number of issues, they are not a cure-all or magic bullet.

Water Ceremonies

At Shangriballa we are blessed to have pure spring water that comes from the mountain. We are the first in line to the source of water 800 meters above sea level. We have waterfalls and natural pools where we conduct our water ceremonies.

In South Africa, I worked with a shaman/sangoma that worked mainly with water to heal. For years I worked with her and got to understand how powerful this element was. Water is the lifeblood of our mother earth the holiest being we will ever get to touch in this incarnation, used correctly water can bring balance and health.

She trained me to work with water and how to do spiritual baths, water root and river ceremonies. It was through her blessing and initiation that I now use water as a healing modality. Water was one of the first elements that came into existence, and that makes it an ancient substance filled with wisdom.

People search the world for sacred water sites where they can immerse and experience oneness with God. Healing water rituals have existed in all cultures since recorded time and are thought to have existed in pre-historic cultures for millions of years. Most ancient cultures maintain spiritual creation stories crediting water as the origin of life.

Mythological stories of water deities have been passed down through oral traditions, and many continue to live on in modern religions and ceremonial traditions. Every culture on earth has a spiritual reverence for water and uses water symbolically in ceremonies, christenings, baptisms, and initiations.

Many shrines have been constructed to praise the element of water; and often, these particular sites attract hundreds of thousands of people who make regular pilgrimages to participate in water healing rituals.

When water emerges from underground it is right there where it experiences its first exposure to light. This is the water that is thought to be most sacred, having emerged with all the resonance of the heart of the Earth still within its cells. These sacred wellsprings may be found in very remote places.

It is no surprise that people will travel through rugged terrain and suffer hardship in order to touch those pure waters. When the water has flowed over rocks, minerals, soil and roots, the energies present in each molecule are bursting with electromagnetic energy and have not been distorted by human contact or toxic resonance.

For thousands of years, cultures have performed water ceremonies.

Water Ceremonies in Egypt

Egyptian Priest and Anubis (Lord of the Dead) pouring water and water over King preparing him for his journey through the afterlife. The symbol of the Ankh represents water in the following pictures.  The hieroglyphs depict Egyptian priest was bathing an Egyptian King with water and herbs depicted as ankh’s and one holding a sceptre in one hand and an ankh which represent eternal life.

Nile Water Ceremony Bath of Infants

Many believe that the Nubian infant bathing rituals date back to ancient Egypt. Generally, the ritual baths took place seven days after the birth of the child. A procession consisting of family and community elders walk to the river singing chants to the child’s spirit and asking the deities of the River Nile to protect and bless the child’s incarnation.

Food prepared by older women is offered to the Nile as a sacrifice while the men send a miniature boat with a white candle lite as a guild for the child’s earthly longevity. Many West African ethnic groups still perform the seven-day ceremony. For instance, among the Akans and Ga of Ghana, the birth ritual is done to confirm that the child was here to stay and would not return to the realm of the spirits.

Many of these rituals were brought from Africa to the Americas and continues to this day.

Piankhi Orders Soldiers to do Sacred Bath in the Nile

Piankhi /Piye of the 25th Dynasty of Egypt/ KMT has written
one of the oldest military ritual baths in ancient history.  Piankhi
ruled over much of the modern-day Sudan and Egypt. He was a Nubian and recorded
his military victory on a Stela. Piankhi considered his military conquest of
Upper Egypt as a holy war to restore the shrines and temples. When his army
entered the sacred city of Thebes, he ordered his men to do a ritual bath of
the Nile stating

“When ye arrive at Thebes, before Karnak, ye shall enter into the water; ye
shall bathe in the river, ye shall dress in [fine white linen], unstring the
bow, loosen the arrow..”

The text above describes the Emperor’s religious preoccupation with paying
homage to the unseen frequencies and powers that control the Nile. It is a
glaring example of ritual purification, spiritual revitalization and cultural
renewal.
Ritual Baths in the Bible

Ritual baths in the Bible were quite common. The oldest documented account of a spiritual ritual bath occurs in the Old Testament. John the Baptist were well known for doing his baptisms in rivers. There are many accounts of healing in and with water in Christianity.

“Where a spring rises or water flows, there ought we to build altars and offer sacrifices.”

Kambo Research

In this article, we share Kambo Research that I have gathered over time. Some of the Kambo Research is based on individual peptides contained in Kambo, not the total secretion.

Lymphatic System and Kambo Research

We know Kambo works on the Lymphatic system and this is why it is a powerful detox. Understanding what the lymphatic system is and what it does gives us a greater understanding of how Kambo can assist the body in naturally healing itself.

The Lymphatic System is a drainage network of fluid, organs, and vessels that is responsible for the removal of cellular debris, large proteins, foreign bodies, pathogenic agents, viruses, toxins, etc.; and excess fluid from the extracellular that moves through the Lymphatic system, which acts as active purification centres.

The primary lymphoid organs include the bone marrow. The secondary lymphoid organs include the spleen, appendix, tonsils, adenoids and Peyer’s patches (lymphoid tissue present in the small and large intestines). Their function is to defend the body against aggressive agents entering the body or to destroy accumulated wastes.

Illustration of lymphatic system for Kambo Research

There are approximately 6 to 10 litres in the body, compared to 3.5 to 5 litres of blood.; About 1.5 to 2 litres of lymph per day circulate throughout the whole body. Efficient circulation activation can increase this number from 10 to 30 litres per day. Lymph vessels slowly increase in size, moving lymph toward its entry into the circulatory system behind the heart. The lymphatic system is not connected to the heart, so it has to rely upon some other method, usually muscular contraction, to create the necessary pumping action needed to move lymph. The lymphatic system is filled with millions of one-way valves, which allow lymph fluid to flow in one direction only; usually upward and away from gravity.

Lymph passes through processing and collection centres called lymph nodes. These nodes act as filtration and purification stations for lymph circulation, capturing and destroying toxins and Capturing cancer cells.

There are from 400 up to 1,000 nodes in the human body, more than one-half located in the abdomen ( This might explain why Kambo is felt strongly in the gut). Understanding the Lymphatic system helps us understand Kambo Research more.

Kambo Research and Antimicrobial peptides from Phyllomedusa frogs:
from biomolecular diversity to potential nanotechnologic
medical applications
Leonardo de Azevedo Calderon • Alexandre de Almeida E. Silva •Pietro Ciancaglini • Rodrigo Guerino Sta´beli.

Screening for new bioactive peptides in South
American anurans have been pioneered in frogs of the genus
Phyllomedusa. All frogs of this genus have venomous skin
secretions, i.e., a complex mixture of bioactive peptides
against potential predators and pathogens that presumably
evolved in a scenario of predator-prey interaction and
defence against microbial invasion. For every new anuran
species studied, new peptides are found with homologies to
hormones, neurotransmitters, antimicrobials, and several
other peptides with unknown biological activity. From
Vittorio Erspamer findings, this genus has been reported as
a ‘‘treasure store’’ of bioactive peptides, and several groups
focus their research on these species.

Kambo Research and Antitumor and Angiostatic Activities of the Antimicrobial
Peptide Dermaseptin B2.

Recently, we have found that the skin secretions of the Amazonian tree frog Phyllomedusa bicolor contain molecules with
antitumor and angiostatic activities and identified one of them as the antimicrobial peptide dermaseptin (Drs) B2. In the
present study we further explored the in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity of this molecule and investigated its mechanism
of action. We showed that Drs B2 inhibits the proliferation and colony formation of various human tumor cell types, and the
proliferation and capillary formation of endothelial cells in vitro. Furthermore, Drs B2 inhibited tumor growth of the human
prostate adenocarcinoma cell line PC3 in a xenograft model in vivo. Research on the mechanism of action of Drs B2 on
tumor PC3 cells demonstrated a rapid increasing amount of cytosolic lactate dehydrogenase, no activation of caspase-3,
and no changes in mitochondrial membrane potential. Confocal microscopy analysis revealed that Drs B2 can interact with
the tumor cell surface, aggregate and penetrate the cells. These data together indicate that Drs B2 does not act by
apoptosis but possibly by necrosis. In conclusion, Drs B2 could be considered as an interesting and promising
pharmacological and therapeutic leader molecule for the treatment of cancer.

Kambo Research and Dermorphin-related peptides from the skin of Phyllomedusa bicolor and their amidated analogs activate two ,u opioid receptor subtypes that modulate antinociception and catalepsy in rats.

Three naturally occurring dermorphin-like
peptides from the skin of the frog PhyUomedusa bicolor, the
related carboxyl-terminal amides, and some substituted analogs
were synthesized, their binding profiles to opioid receptors were
determined, and their biological activities were studied in isolated organ preparations and intact animals. The opioid binding
profile revealed a very high selectivity of these peptides for IA
sites and suggested the existence of two receptor subtypes, of
high and low affinity. The peptides tested acted as potent IA
opioid agonists on isolated organ preparations. They were
several times more active in inhibiting electrically evoked contractions in guinea pig ileum than in mouse vas deferens. When
injected into the lateral brain ventricle or peritoneum of rats, the
high-affinity-site-preferring ligand, [Lys7-NH21dermorphin, behaved as a potent analgesic agent. By contrast, the low-affinitysite-preferring ligand, [Trp4,Asn7-NH2]dermorphin, produced
a weak antinociception but an intense catalepsy.

Kambo Research and Deltorphins: A family of naturally occurring peptides with high
affinity and selectivity for 6 opioid binding sites.

Deltorphins are endogenous linear heptapeptides, isolated from skin extracts of frogs belonging to the genus
PhyUomedusa, that have a higher affinity and selectivity for 6
opioid binding sites than any other natural compound known.
Two deltorphins with the sequence Tyr-Ala-Phe-Asp(or Glu)-
Val-Val-Gly-NH2 have been isolated from skin extracts of
PhyUomedusa bicolor. The alanine in position 2 is in the D
configuration. These peptides, [D-Ala2]deltorphins I and II,
show an even higher affinity for 6 receptors than the previously
characterized deltorphin, which contains D-methionine as the
second amino acid. These peptides show some similarity to
another constituent of Phylomedusa skin, dermorphin, which
is highly selective for ,u-opioid receptors. These peptides all
have the N-terminal sequence Tyr-D-Xaa-Phe, where D-Xaa is
either D-alanine or D-methionine. While this structure seems to
be capable of activating both pA and 6 opioid receptors,
differences in the C-terminal regions of these peptides are
probably responsible for the observed high receptor selectivity
of dermorphin and deltorphin.

Kambo Research and Frog secretions and hunting magic in the upper Amazon:
Identification of a peptide that interacts with an adenosine receptor.

A frog used for “hunting magic” by several
groups of Panoan-speaking Indians in the borderline between
Brazil and Peru is identified as PhyUomedusa bicolor. This
frog’s skin secretion, which the Indians introduce into the body
through fresh burns, is rich in peptides. These include vasoactive peptides, opioid peptides, and a peptide that we have
named adenoregulin, with the sequence GLWSKIKEVGKEAAKAAAKAAGKAALGAVSEAV as determined from
mass spectrometry and Edman degradation. The natural peptide may contain a D amino acid residue, since it is not identical
in chromatographic properties to the synthetic peptide. Adenoregulin enhances binding of agonists to Al adenosine receptors; it is accompanied in the skin secretion by peptides that
inhibit binding. The vasoactive peptide sauvagine, the opioid
peptides, and adenoregulin and related peptides affect behavior in mice and presumably contribute to the behavioral
sequelae observed in humans.

DERMASEPTIN

The dermaseptins belong to a superfamily of host defense peptides that are made in the skin of Hylidae frogs. These peptides are genetically related, with a remarkable identity in signal sequences and intervening sequences of their preproforms, but they have markedly diverged to yield several families of peptides that are structurally and functionally distinct. These include the dermaseptins (stricto sensu), the phylloseptins, the plasticins, the dermatoxins, the phylloxins, the raniseptins, the caerin-related peptides, the caerins, the fallaxidins, the frenatins, and the aureins. Most of these peptides are cidal against wall-less bacteria, Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, protozoa, yeast, and enveloped viruses but are weakly toxic against mammalian cells. Their antimicrobial activity results from their capacity to bind to the bacterial plasma membrane, thereby triggering transient wormhole formation or membrane disruption.

Kambo Research and PHARMACOLOGICAL DATA ON PHYLLOKININ
(BRADYKINYL-ISOLEUCYL-TYROSINE O-SULPHATE)
AND BRADYKINYL-ISOLEUCYL-TYROSINE

Phyllomedusa rohdei, a small Brazilian amphibian, contains in its skin, in addition to a number of inactive polypeptides, at least three peptides active on plain muscle. The first one (polypeptide a) is characterized by a stimulant action on the rat uterus and the
rat colon combined with a moderate hypotensive action in the dog; the second (polypeptide b) by a typical bradykinin-like activity; the third (polypeptide c) by a physalaemin-like activity (cf. Bertaccini, Cei & Erspamer, 1965a, 1965b).
The three polypeptides may be separated from each other by chromatography on alkaline alumina column followed by elution with descending concentrations of ethanol.
Polypeptide a emerges from the column in the 95% ethanol eluates, polypeptide b in the 70% ethanol eluates, and polypeptide c in the 60% and 50% ethanol eluates.
Polypeptide a is possibly a tryptophan-containing pentapeptide, the synthesis of which is in progress; polypeptide c has not yet been obtained in a pure state; polypeptide b has been isolated and identified as bradykinyl-isoleucyl-tyrosine 0-sulphate (Anastasi,
Erspamer, Bertaccini & Cei, unpublished). The proposed structure has been confirmed by synthesis (Bernardi, Bosisio, De Castiglione & Goffredo, 1966). For the new naturally occurring bradykinin-like endecapeptide the name of phyllokinin has been suggested.
This paper describes some of the pharmacological actions of natural and synthetic phyllokinin in comparison with synthetic bradykinyl-isoleucyl-tyrosine and with synthetic bradykinin.

“Kambô circulates in the heart. Our shaman said that when we take Kambô, it makes the heart move accurately so that things flow, bringing good things to the person. It is as if there was a cloud on the person, preventing the good things to come, then, when it takes the Kambô; it comes a ‘green light’, which opens its
ways, making things easier”

Kambo Research and its Multitude of Biological Effects: Adverse Events
or Pharmacological Effects?

Kambo is the name of a secretion of a tropical
frog, the Phyllomedusa bicolor or giant leaf frog from the
Amazonian forest, which has been used for centuries by
local tribes to enhance their hunter skills. Its first tribal use
was described in 1925, and included the first effects after
administration of the secretion: nausea and vomiting. Since
the end of last century Kambo is introduced in Europe and
the USA as a ‘healing’ intervention to cleanse the bodily
systems, it is regarded as a ‘detox’ intervention.
Method: We reviewed all available literature related to
adverse events and pharmacological effects of the active
peptides in Kambo.
Result: The secretion of the frog consists several
bioactive peptides and within few minutes after intake,
nausea, vomiting, facial edema, palpitations and hypotension
can occur. In the pharmacological and medical literature,
these are reported as transient adverse events, although in
essence the reactions are purely pharmacological.
We will present and discuss its adverse events, the
pharmacological basis of these events and present contraindications and recommendations for safe use.

Kambo is not safe for everyone to use and should be carefully considered. Always seek advice from a healthcare provider or Kambo Practitioner.

Kambo

Where does Kambo come from?

Kambo is a traditional Amazonian remedy from the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolour tree frog. It has been used by several indigenous cultures in the Amazon rainforest, and these people revere its powerful, purgative therapy. In these traditional cultures, they capture the tree frogs in the forest, gently scrape the secretions from the frog’s skin, and then release them into the jungle unharmed after their healing toxins are harvested.

It is not a drug or psychoactive and is legal to use around the world, except in parts of Australia where there is a ban on the administration, use or import.

Now, the rest of the world is becoming enlightened to the powerful kambo cleanse treatment, and you can benefit from Kambo’s powers outside of the deep Amazon jungle. You must find the right practitioner to assist you with your kambo cleanse.

What does Kambo do?

Do you feel that you have negative energies or emotional toxins that are holding you back from the life you want to have? Do you feel stressed and bogged down by your life? These negative energies can sabotage your desire for a peaceful, balanced life, causing physical and emotional distress. They can even thwart your dreams and your desires, taking away your courage and keeping you from pursuing the life you want. With this powerful cleanse, you can let go of what is holding you back, reignite your courage, pursue your dreams, reclaim your true self, and embrace joy.

The secretion can purify your body and mind, balancing each level of your being. It can systematically remove your distortions and impurities, giving you a deeper understanding of yourself and the life around you. It clarifies your mind and body and enlightens your spirit. It cleanses your body, emotions, and spirits to put you into a balanced, joyful, natural state.

What is a Kambo cleanse like?

It is important to always take kambo in a safe, supportive setting with an experienced practitioner. This will increase your chances of having the most positive experience possible. In a kambo ceremony, the secretion is applied to a person’s skin, usually on the arm, through tiny holes that are burned into the skin.

Kambo frog Phylomadusin Bicolour

Different people may react differently to a kambo cleanse. It can cause you to sweat, shake, cry, vomit, get muscle cramps, or go into a state of bliss. It can be temporarily painful and make you feel ill; the kambo process takes around twenty minutes, and after a short rest, you will feel relaxed and realize the transformative power of the kambo cleanse and feel uplifted, purified, and happy. Even the people who experience the most negative side effects tend to come out of the cleanse, asking, “Can I do this again?”

After your cleanse, you may experience a powerful reduction in negative energies, a decrease in pain, and a feeling of joy and happiness. People often say they can’t say exactly what has shifted, but they feel a change. I cannot say that Kambo can heal or mention any health conditions, so please research online to find some of the magic stories (My story is under the “About Me” page. Whatever you are struggling with, mental, physical, or spiritual blockages, Kambo can be a powerful ally in shifting these blockages., Creating balance and realignment.s

What is the science?

Nobel prize nominee Vittorio Erspamer, a chemist and pharmacologist from the University of Rome, wrote extensively about the science behind kambo.

Kambo peptide

He identified and studied more than 60 chemical compounds, including the well-known serotonin. He once wrote that kambo contains “a fantastic chemical cocktail with potential medical applications, unequalled by any other amphibian.” His studies showed that some peptides could bind with receptor sites in the human brain, triggering beneficial reactions.

Kambo contains at least nine bioactive peptides that perform specific functions and affect human blood circulation, the adrenal cortex, the pituitary gland, the pancreas, and the gastrointestinal system:

  • Bradykinins (phyllokinin)
  • Tachykinins (phyllomedusin)
  • Cerulean
  • Sauvagine
  • Tryptophyllins
  • Dermorphins
  • Deltorphins
  • Bombesins
  • Andenoregulin

Some of these peptides are similar to our hormones, and others assist in vital cellular processes within the body. Scientists are working to isolate these peptides and study them further.

Unlike many other pharmaceuticals, kambo can cross the blood-brain barrier. This property allows it to treat conditions that are otherwise very difficult to treat.

However, there are currently no peer-reviewed studies to reference. While there is a lot of anecdotal evidence, there is no scientific evidence that the peptides in kambo will treat your medical conditions. Therefore, we will not make any medical claims until we have the science to back them up.

Is Kambo Safe?Kambo

People have been using kambo as a treatment for hundreds of years. Some people have taken it in the Amazon rainforest more than 100 times in their lifetime. This shows that kambo, when used correctly, is a safe therapy. However, when used outside of the tribal setting with people who do not know how to use it correctly, problems may occur. You should always ensure that the practitioner administering your kambo cleanse is highly trained and experienced.

Please note that Kambo is not for you if you meet/have any of the following conditions:

Stroke.Pregnancy.Epilepsy.Heart bypass surgery.Enlarged heart.Implanted cardioverter-defibrillators.Pericardial effusion.Congestive heart disease.Excess fluid in the heart sack.Heart valve replacement.Organ transplant.Taking Diuretics.Taking medicine for blood clots. Serious mental health problem (excluding PTSD, depression and anxiety) Bipolar disorder.Within a month of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.  Taking. immunosuppressants for an organ transplantAddison’s disease.Recovering from a major surgical procedure.
A person that is water fasting for more than 12 hours.A person received an enema within 3 days prior. A person has consumed 5meoDMT (Bufo) in the past month. A person has consumed other strong plant medicine (e.g. San Pedro, Ayahuasca, Mushrooms) within 24 hours of wanting to receive Kambo. Some prescription drugs (I will check this with you before treatment)A person has not reached their 18th birthday. A person has reached their 70th birthday.  The person is being coaxed into doing Kambo by another person (including a family member) The person lacks the mental capacity to decide to take Kambo. The person is desperate for a solution to a life-threatening problem. The person has consumed large amounts of water before arriving for the ceremony. A person has eaten within 8 hours of receiving Kambo. The person has not consumed 1-1.5L of water immediately before receiving Kambo.

This is not an exhaustive list, so please research or contact us.

Water was one of the first element that came into existence, and that makes it an ancient substance filled with wisdom.

Every culture on earth has a spiritual reverence for water and uses water symbolically in ceremony, christenings, baptisms, and initiations.

“Where a spring rises or a water flows, there ought we to build altars and offer sacrifices.”
Lucius Annaeus Seneca4 B.C. – 65 B.C

Integrating

What’s the meaning of integration? “Integration is the act of bringing together smaller components into a single system that functions as one

It’s important to realize that integration does not start with taking plant medicines or Kambo; we are constantly integrating what happens to us.
Integration is as personal as your journey with plant medicine, we all bring different life experiences to the retreat. For this reason, it’s important not to compare our experiences and integration with others.

At Shangriballa we have guided hundreds of people through their journies with us, but the real work has to come from the individual having the experience. This is especially important when you return to your everyday life.

People that have difficult experiences to integrate, like sexual abuse, PTSD or other challenging life experiences might want to work with qualified specialists in this field. There are more and more psychedelic integration groups or therapists that specialize in helping people that use plant medicines to follow through with their healing.

We always recommend that people get a post-retreat support plant or network in place before they come to the retreat, especially if it’s your first time. If you need any more advice or recommendations on this please let us know.

I meet people that have been to many retreats and have taken a lot of plant medicine but don’t really get what they want from the experiences. We must not give our power away. If you solely rely on the medicine, shaman, facilitator or healer to do the work or healing, you will be disappointed. I have done most of my healing by taking back my power, taking on the lessons and guidance and creating a plan of action to implement them into my life. As stated above this might include therapist and integration groups.

The retreat can be an amazing experience and opportunity to create a shift in your life. Taking full responsibility for what you do with the experience is what will make it a success.

From my experience and my truth, I like to share that I think there is an over-emphasis placed on “Healing” Do this workshop, read this book or learn this modality and you will heal. Yes, there is value in all of this but the main focus should not purely be on healing.
I realised that I could not heal everything that happened to me. My guides showed me that many of the things that I am trying to heal were actually the blessings, the rich compost that made me who I was. Preparation for my work and life as a healer to hold space for others and teach them to do the same.

What will we be without our suffering?

For me integration was also acceptance, I healed what I could and the rest I made a part of who I was. During my many journies with plant medicine, I became one with the Universe or God, not that it can be named. During these experiences, I first felt that I understood what has happened to me and then it progressed into the knowing that it actually had nothing to do with me. I was the Universe experiencing itself as a human. This brought me a lot of acceptance for what has and will unfold in my life. Does this make the lessons easier? No, it doesn’t, taking the curriculum of life will always teach us lessons and then the exam still happens to test our knowledge of the lessons. Being aware of the process of learning and experiencing lets me move through the lessons and exams quicker but no less challenging.

I ask myself many times. How can I function to the best of my ability within this container? Warts and all. I can’t change what happened to me and I am not saying it was right but it happened, I will not suffer my past or mind any more than is needed. This is one of the blessings I now share with others.

The Science & Technique of Heart Brain Harmonisation

The Science and Technique of Heart & Brain Harmonising.

Heart Brain Harmonisation: what is it? We are constantly told the analogy “To speak from the heart,” but we never really meant this in a literal sense but in a truthful and honest way. Today, scientists now know that this is actually literal.

In 1991, a French scientist named Armour (Karmic Destiny or what!) found 40,000 specialised cells (called sensory neurites) concentrated in a small area of the heart. These cells form a neural network that thinks, feels, and remembers independently from the cranial brain!

This communication between the heart and brain is a dynamic, ongoing, two-way dialogue, with both organs in ways that significantly affect our performance and how we perceive and react to the world. (Heart and Brain Harmonisation)

Science is only starting to recognise the potential for healing trauma, not just the traumatic memory in the brain but healing the memory in the heart.

There are approximately 5,000 heart transplants a year around the world, and there have been many cases where a heart recipient begins to assume the donor’s characteristics; this is more evidence of heart memory.

In society, we are conditioned to start thinking with the brain from a very young age, and so discount the intuition from our heart, unlike some indigenous cultures such as the Kogi in South America where the children are taught firstly from the heart and so develop excellent intuitive skills from very young. Neither of these ways is good or bad but just very different ways of embracing the potential that’s been with us from the beginning of our human existence.

When we harmonise these two neural networks, we gain access to super information processing and obtain superhuman abilities; it opens the door as a hotline to the subconscious. Heart and Brain Harmonisation can be a powerful practice.

We don’t have to have hypnosis or be in an altered state but be self-healing as we know we are.

Why do we need to access our subconscious??

A short story to a very long story is when you’re in your mother’s womb until you are about six years old. Then, we begin to absorb from our environment patterns of personality and behaviour patterns from our caregivers, parents, etc. From the time we are in the womb hearing from our mother’s stomach, we are in a sponge-type brain state called the hypnogogic trance, and we don’t know how to filter what’s coming in. So, this is nature’s way of preparing us to be in the world. We absorb these patterns unconsciously to learn how to respond to the world.

So, if you’re born into a very stable and healthy solid family, that’s great! But if you’re not, then we pick up the unhealthy patterns/habits of relationships of lovers, friends, siblings, and parents.

Our relationship with our bodies all links back to the subconscious ways that may not be the healthiest, and through access to the subconscious, we can change those. By accessing the subconscious, We can create new, healthy, vibrant patterns to affirm life. Harmonizing gives us access to extraordinary states of deep intuition on demand.

How many times have you stopped at a red traffic light and waited for it to change? You remain there in an open state, and that openness invites intuition. You start to think about your life and get revelations about where your life will go, about the world, and about the meaning of the universe, and it’s crystal clear, but then the lights turn green. And then we think, where did that come from?

How can I get that back? By doing heart and brain harmonisation.

The Heart-Brain Language and Benefits of heart-brain harmonisation.

When you harmonise, your body recognises the language, and we set up a conversation between the two, which releases 1300 biochemical reactions that include: –

  • Compassion
  • Empathy
  • Deep Intuition
  • Fast Learning
  • Anti-ageing Hormones
  • Respiration
  • Heart rate and blood pressure
  • Powerful Immune Responses

These kick into overdrive along with numerous cardiovascular benefits and much more.

It’s essentially a hotline to the subconscious.

Hear brain harmonisation

The Technique

Three simple steps for 3 minutes once or twice a day.

  1. Connect with your heart by physically touching its centre in whatever way is comfortable for you, such as placing your palm or fingers on its sternum. Allow your awareness to go to the place on your body where you feel that touch.
  2. Slow your breathing for 5 seconds on inhaling 5 seconds on the exhale. This powerful practice signal tells your body you are switching from the brain to the heart mode. Let go of all the stress hormones, release healing chemistry, and tell the body we are safe.
  3. Feel one of 4 feelings:
    Care for anything or anyone
    Appreciation for anything or anyone
    Gratitude for anything or anyone
    Compassion for anything or anyone.

This ancient and primal practice, done regularly at the start and end of the day, is undoubtedly instrumental to “Speaking from the heart” and performing at an optimum emotional and spiritual level.

Spiritual Teaching of the Tree

The Spiritual Teaching by Lisa Silva. Most people are familiar with the Tree of Life. I share a story about the tree that has a lot of meaning to me.

Each incarnation that we are born into is one leaf on the tree. After every season, the leaf slowly fades and falls to the ground, becoming compost for the tree. Next season, we are a different leaf on the same tree. When we have been every leaf on the tree, we become a flower. The flower then becomes a fruit; the fruit falls to the ground and has to rot to become another tree that will hold the space for new leaves.

There are many teachings in this story. We must not panic! We will be every leaf on the tree, and there is no rush. So many people are in a state of panic that they need to heal, transform and transcend their life situations and stories. There is much emphasis placed on healing in Spiritual circles, creating a state of panic. It creates a feeling of not being good enough or lacking, an emotion imprinted on us from a young age. As children, we quickly realise that we compete with our siblings and peers if we are not better than everyone else. We feel we lack or are not good enough. It continues into adulthood, where even the media manipulates us to buy more products to fill this gap.

Many spiritual teachers teach us to be at one with who we are; this means realising who and what we are, Divine (The Tree). Therefore, we must change what we can and improve ourselves to live closer to a divine path, whatever this means for us. If you don’t do it in this lifetime, don’t worry. You will be every leaf on the tree, and there will be plenty of opportunity for growth and transformation.

Unfortunately, going into a state of panic and running between workshops, retreats, shamans, and gurus feeds into this feeling of lack. Yes, we can try different modalities and take the best from them as long as we do this as part of self-discovery and proper integration. True transformation comes from mastering a discipline, one discipline.

Letting go of judgment. As we will be every leaf on the tree, we should not look at other leaves and think, why are we not that leaf? We might have been or will be that leaf in the future. To me, this brings love and compassion to others. The kindness we show them might one day return to us when we are that leaf.

Spiritual Teaching by lisa silva

The rotting fruit. When we have every leaf in the tree, we become a fruit that needs to rot for the seed to germinate. Like every leaf that deteriorates and becomes the compost for the tree, rotting is a necessary process for transformation.
We look at our lives and do so much to avoid discomfort, constantly wanting to change. What if we are trying to heal the blessings? I have come to appreciate what I thought of as trauma or negative experiences as my blessings. I am not saying they were all good, but they happened to me, and I  can’t change that. Now, do I grow from the experience or not? To truly inhabit this incarnation, we must embrace our light and dark aspects.
The closer we go to the light source, the bigger the shadow behind us becomes; this is not to scare us but to bring balance between light and dark.

“Make change your friend” (Ram Das)

Like the seasons affect the tree, so do the seasons of our lives. We should not always wish for summer and use the autumn to shed what no longer serves us, making compost from the things we shed that will feed us again in spring. On the other hand, winter can be an excellent opportunity for going inwards and making the changes that will support us when spring comes. You see, we need to stay open to change and transformation. The tree sheds its leaves, trusting that spring and summer will return. On my journeys with Ayahuasca, I became one with the universe and the energy of what I perceive God to be. This energy was not the light but the space in which the light appeared. I realised that the dark or emptiness was the key. I am not trying to explain what God is as it’s not possible, but saying it’s the light means it is not the dark, and so can’t be the ultimate explanation; it makes more sense that it is the empty void where all possibilities can unfold.

Each season, the leaves fall. But we don’t give much thought to moving on from this life. The biggest blessing we will ever receive is being born and dying. We can make moving on to the next season easier by realising there are plenty of opportunities to grow and change. Relax and do the best you can, but not in a state of panic.

I share my truth here, and it might not be the same for you. So what does the tree of life mean to you? Please leave us your interpretation in the comments below, and let us see how this story grows.

Spiritual

It’s all about Telomeres

What are Telomers? Some people say, “Why would I want to live until my 80s or 90s?”

Did the Buddhists refer to Telomeres? Ancient Buddhists said that “first you must learn to control the body”, which means healthy eating and exercise. Then, you must control the mind, which includes addictions/habits, sexual urges, negative thought patterns, and I could go on. Then, the spirit will follow,” with meditating, yoga, etc.

So increasing your lifespan will lengthen the time to do more spiritual practices and give you a better quality of life into advanced age. Science is now starting to catch up to show proof that this is indeed the case.

What are Telomeres? And how are they linked to ageing?

You don’t need to be a scientist to know that ageing is complex. It starts in our cells and results in a gradual decline of our body’s systems. Scientists have proposed various theories of how this occurs.

However, in 2009, Elizabeth Blackburn, Carol Greider, and Jack Szostak jointly won the Nobel Prize for discovering how telomeres protect chromosomes.

A simple way to think of chromosomes, which carry all our genetic information, is as shoelaces; telomeres are the little protective tips that protect them from fraying and disintegrating.

Telomeres at the ends of chromosomes help protect DNA from damage and allow chromosomes to replenish during each cell division (or wrong lifestyle choice).

The good news is that these telomeres can be regenerated and LENGTHENED with a healthy lifestyle!

So, let’s go over the five strategies to lengthen your telomeres.

1. Focus on a plant-based-rich diet.

It’s well known now that avoiding animal and dairy foods reduces the chance of chronic disease and is associated with longer telomeres. As a result, many athletes eat a vegan/vegetarian diet to provide optimal performance.

2. Exercise.

When exercising, the key is to exercise to the recommended level for your age. Otherwise, you may damage your telomeres more than you do good. Seek good exercise advice.

3. Choose vitamin B folate-rich foods that can optimise telomere length.

Essential vitamin B is contained in spinach, asparagus, artichoke, broccoli, beans, and pulses.

Scientific studies found in 2009 that too much vitamin B can also be detrimental to telomere health. The best way to regulate optimal vitamin B is by these foods instead of supplements.

4. Get Shangriballa food and sunshine in your life, lol or vitamin D supplements.

Studies suggest a very strong link between vitamin D and telomere length. In addition, vitamin D has many bodily functions, including modulating inflammation, which protects telomeres and reduces oxidative stress.

5. Keep stress at bay.

Chronic stress levels reduce telomere length.

A study of two groups of women who had their telomeres measured: one group was mothers of healthy children, and the other group had chronically ill children. Due to the stress of the chronically ill children, the telomeres were significantly shorter than those of the other group. This shortening was the equivalent of 10 years of life and age-related illnesses.

This clarifies that relaxing exercises like yoga, meditation, tai chi, mindfulness, and similar practices can play a vital role in reducing stress levels and lengthening the telomeres.

Summary.

At Shangriballa, we know the importance of a balanced lifestyle. We strive to grow organic foods, drink clean spring water and exercise. We believe spiritual practices such as heart and brain harmony, meditation and plant medicine can significantly decrease stress and lengthen telomeres and life expectancy.

Watch this 5-minute video below on lifestyle changes to lengthen the telomeres.

I hope you liked this short introduction to telomeres.

THE SIMULATION CODE

THE SIMULATION CODE

Are we living in a simulated programmed reality?

In 1949, Konrad Zuse (father of the computer) asked, “Does the universe act the way a giant computer does? Running from the depths of the universe, projecting the data/information that makes us what we are and how the universe and world are? No one understood what Konrad meant, as he was well ahead of his time. He later formed the idea of the basis of the movie Matrix, which resonated with the mindset of millions of people.

Today, it’s very likely that we live in a simulated universe. The world is experiencing a digital revolution, with new concepts like the metaverse, virtual reality, and cryptocurrencies gaining popularity.

I will try to explain in layman’s terms the fundamentals of why modern scientists believe this. (You can dig deeper into the rabbit holes if you wish, but don’t expect me to pull you out, lol.)

How does this simulation code work?

We have known for a long time that everything in the universe is energy/information or data (it’s all the same thing), which is how the computer world is seen. From planets, mountains and rocks to every living thing, you and me……everything is energy/information or data.

So much data in the universe keeps churning out and re-creating; they search for a law, formula, or pattern that governs this data, such as a computer program. Finally, in 1975 Scientists discovered that those patterns are fractals.

What are fractals?

It’s a mathematical shape that’s infinitely complex and repeats forever. Every part of the fractal, regardless of how much it zooms in, looks very similar to the whole image.

Regardless of how complex a fractal pattern is, they are the Fractal Codes.

The mathematical code for a fractal is;

Z = Z2 + C, where Z is the output and C is the variable.

This code keeps repeating itself, giving a different output result each time.

They have found that this code governs the simulation on every level of magnitude, from electrons moving around a nucleus to the moon moving around a planet, planets moving around a sun, and suns moving around a galaxy.

Koch Snowflake

How can the snowflake help us understand the THE SIMULATION CODE? So, without getting into any complicated mathematics, the code pattern in its basic pattern form is called the Koch Snowflake, and you can see how the pattern develops in a 2D plane below.

And you can see how in a 3D plane they can become shapes of continuous complexities such as mountains, rivers, trees and us humans!

There appears to be no limit to how complex the edge of this snowflake can become, BUT there is a limit to how large it can grow. As illustrated above in the last image becomes more complex, the edges become rounder and turn closer but not quite into a sphere from a macro level. Still, as you look into the edges at a micro level, the edges keep changing infinitely more complex, becoming a fractal pattern as we described earlier. Finally, you see how this pattern recycles itself.

This concept frequently brings up two essential questions about our reality.

  1. What are the limits of our simulation? And 2. How long can it last before reaching that limit? I will attempt to answer these questions throughout this article.

Well, they found out that the edge of the snowflake is not limited in complexity, but the area it encloses has a limit, as I just said. So, let’s look at each stage of the above snowflake diagram.

1st iteration (2nd image above) area increases by 1/3rd

2nd iteration (3rd image above) area increases by 4/27

3rd iteration (4th image above) area increases by 16/243

4th iteration increases by 64/2187 and moves towards ZERO!

You’ll find that it levels out to 1.6 of the original size of the snowflake. This value, known as the Fibonacci mathematics series, appears in nature, but that’s another rabbit hole!

Some of the most outstanding scientists now confirm that the universe limits how big it can become.

How Does This Relate To Our Simulated Experience?

The Simulation code. Here’s an example of how this relates to our lives; we know that when we have a pattern in our relationships, and you are with one person in one job with one company in one city, and things aren’t working well, how many times people say ok I need a change. Hence, they go to another city with another partner and another job with another company. Still, they find that the same patterns repeatedly appear in their lives, and they say, well, I made the wrong choice. So, let’s make another change with another city, job, company, or partner. How often do we do this until we realise that the same patterns appear in our lives no matter how we change things?

Now you know why we live in fractal patterns in every aspect of our lives. For example, in our biology, emotions, thoughts, and relationships, because the repeating fractal code governs the energy of our simulation.

The beauty of knowing this is that once we change the C variable in the code Z=Z2+C, we shift our way of thinking and our thought patterns. Changing this variable could solve our problems, self-esteem, and how we value our lives and other people. That’s the equivalent of changing the variable C in the code to healthy patterns.

So, you see how powerful it is to recognise how fractal patterns govern this simulation we live in and how making shifts and changing the C variable can improve the earth simulation we experience.

I will build on this now……

Newton And Karmic Laws

THE SIMULATION CODE picture of big bang

Scientists agree that the world started with tremendous released energy we call the Big Bang. During the big bang, information or data was released into the system like the start of any simulation or program. If we can go back to a fraction of a second after the Big Bang, science tells us immediately after the Big Bang occurred, the entire universe compressed into a tiny ball of energy the size of a pea! Imagine space between all the matter molecules in the whole universe sucked out. It compressed to a single green pea with the heat energy generated in that pea to temperature estimated to be a billion million, million, million degrees Fahrenheit. From this point of release or big bang, matter expands, releases energy/data, and takes up more space in the universe.

What Is Quantum Entanglement?

This concept helps explain the simulation code. Quantum Entanglement is another rabbit hole you can explore, but for this article, I’ll explain it through this experiment done in the ’70s.

The experiment was done by splitting the photon particle into two with a laser and sending each photon down a fibre optic in the opposite direction, so they were 14 miles apart. But, to the scientists’ amazement, they found that whatever they did to one photon at either end would simultaneously happen to the other, like they were connected! Furthermore, they added an atomic clock to time the delay and found no delay, which disproves the speed of light theory; we won’t go there in this article.

The key to remember here is that everything once was physically connected on a molecular level. This Quantum Entanglement science shows that the whole universe, including us, is connected energetically.

As already shown, we interact with a simulated world and shift energy. We change that C variable in the fractal code, which changes the chemistry in our bodies and brains to influence the world we experience.

Isaac Newton didn’t realise when he came up with his famous energy laws that he formalised the description of how energy moves in our world; he was formalising the rules of this simulation that we live in. And it even suggests ways to master these laws to transcend and free us from their limitations on our lives.

Here are Isaac Newtons 3 fundamental laws of how energy moves: –

  1. A BODY AT REST WILL REMAIN AT REST, AND A BODY IN MOTION WILL REMAIN IN MOTION UNLESS IT IS ACTED UPON BT AN EXTERNAL FORCE.

This law states that if you do nothing with the repeated fractal code, nothing will change in your life until you change or shift that energy.

  • THE FORCE ACTING UPON AN OBJECT IS EQUAL TO THE MASS OF THAT OBJECT TIMES ITS ACCELERATION.

He says that the greater the energy, the faster change occurs and the bigger the force needed. Think about this regarding your own body; if you’re looking to heal an infection, the worse the infection, the more antibiotics are needed.

  • FOR EVERY ACTION, THERE IS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.

This law refers to the same teaching our mothers and religions taught us to “do to others as we want them to do to us.” So, what we put out returns to us in an equal reaction.

If you want to change something, you must do more than think about the problem. We must change how we think to rewrite the program and shift the pattern of information in our simulation.

Again, we must change that C variable in the code formula Z=Z2+C, which creates a new output and changes our lives and simulations.

We think that everything that happens to us is due to external events and that we have no control over them; however, the above change in the C variable shows that we can make a change. Furthermore, this change continually happens throughout the universe.

We are part of that program or fractal code. Our actions, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs interact with the fractal code, filling this program with information and perpetuating the pattern. Essentially, this means we are computer programmers, and we call consciousness the energy that connects us to the simulation world around us. So, as we shift our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs, we reprogram that fractal code so that the energy around us reflects those beliefs in our lives.

This idea is precisely the basis of many ancient spiritual traditions. Spiritual traditions are about us, our relationships to our lives, the earth, the past, the future, the cosmos, and God.

Religions’ rules and dogma regarding these fundamental spiritual principles separated us from ourselves, one another, the earth, the cosmos, and the past and future.

Indian Hindu traditions talk about Karma, the laws of Karma.

The laws of Karma are us living Newton’s law of energy and motion. So, the energetic consequences of our choices have to be balanced out in the mathematical code, as you do with mathematical equations.

Most people think we have to balance this Karma through lifetimes after lifetimes. Still, if we fully understand this process and our relationship with this simulation, we can balance this Karma instantly in a heartbeat. With this knowledge, we no longer need to change or abandon our homes, jobs, families etc., to become a monk or shaman to live some mystical lifestyle as a form of liberation. With the knowledge of fractals and simulations, we have de-mystified this using the best modern science to give us a new view, an evolutionary edge to what’s happening in the world, and we can directly and positively influence events worldwide.

Here are some good questions about this simulation: –

Where is heaven in terms of the simulation?

The current 3-D simulation is a localised experience projected from us to the outside. Our spirit, soul or avatar projects this virtual reality. From this, we are learning something that we can’t learn where we come from and will need wherever we go. This place we are projecting from beyond the veil, as it’s called, according to ancient texts, heaven.

What does it mean for death, and where do we go?

Science is now catching up with the fact that when we die, the representation of us in this limited simulation, our avatar, as seen in the movie Avatar, no longer exists in the physical realm. Still, our essence continues in the realm outside so we can review your life and see your mistakes and achievements. Some people believe that if we hadn’t learnt the lessons, we set out to learn before we were born, you go back to re-learn it, you might hear the phrase of being stuck in the wheel of Karma.

What is God?

I am not trying to explain the ultimate truth of who or what God is, but for this concept, God is sometimes the primary architect of this simulation; we call it “the source”, the big bang if you like. A common view in ancient traditions was when the Big Bang happened, God knew who he was (I Am), and then it asked the question, what can I become? Its energy (information/data) exploded throughout the universe as a matter of everything, including us, so it can experience itself infinitely in every way possible.

How long can this simulation possibly last? How does it end, and what can cause it to end?

This question takes us back to the Koch snowflake and how the perimeter constantly changes, but the area stays roughly the same.

The end would be like any other computer program- when one of two possible conditions exist:-

When the system runs out of space to store the information.

Or when something unexpected happens that corrupts the entire system.

John Archibald Wheeler, an American physicist (1911-2008), believes that we continually create, build, or program this universe through consciousness. He suggests that we will never find the smallest particle of matter because every time we peer deeper and deeper into our reality’s fundamental nature, looking is an act of creation in our simulation, and it puts something there for us. So, we are constantly finding new data or information to find the limits of our experience. The question is how much data/information or energy can we create to fit in the Koch snowflake as we know the area is limited!

As we reach that point sometime in the future, we run out of space and reach the end of the simulation.

We are doubling the information every year now when it took 5000 years for the first doubling of information. We are generating more and more information than we ever had. How much energy can this simulation hold? We might find out in our lifetimes at this rate.

Why are we here? What is our purpose in the simulation code?

For over 5,000 years, the theme has been war and conflict continuously in one form or another, and this suggests it must play a powerful role in why we are here to begin with.

The archaeological record preserves that history, and the value of looking at the past to share some light and recognise the patterns and cycles of those ancient civilisations is priceless. Comparing history to where we are today can show if we are repeating those trends and how it makes sense now we understand the fractal code and newtons laws of energy. The fear of conflict, scarcity, fear of the unknown and other people is so ancient and primal to us that it has been played out in every civilisation for the last 5000 years and beyond. So it makes sense that conflict and war will be a primary reason for us in this simulation, and archaeology supports this.

We are here today asking these questions is good news because it implies that we have the wisdom and knowledge to recognise we are at a point we need to question ourselves.

Here is an example of an archaeology discovery made in the mid-20th century, a very mysterious and powerful discovery in the region called Pakistan.

There is evidence of advanced technological civilisation in the Kashmir area that ended abruptly. The first thing they found with the walls and floors made of stone granite were vitrified. It had melted the quartz in the granite with a high amount of heat, and it had to be very fast as it didn’t melt the floors and walls to the same extent. They also found mysterious tiny spheres of clay that were pots melted in place from this high heat. Questions that baffle scientists are: what could have caused this heat so high and fast that it would melt quartz but keep the floors and walls in place? The skeletons were found at the other end of the city in postures of flight like they were running away from something, and the giveaway was that some skeletons were radioactive, more so than what you would expect. It’s still a mystery what happened there.

However, the sacred texts of the Mahabharata tell a story that is known as a fairy tale because what it describes was unfathomable until the 20th century. What this text describes makes no sense until the technology of the mid-20th century.

There was a great war at the end of a cycle, and one side, in desperation, resorted to a weapon that had never been used before, and this is how the text describes the weapon.

Here are passages from the text translated;

“A single projectile charged with all the power of the universe, an incandescent column of smoke and flame, as bright as a thousand suns rose in all of its splendour, a perpendicular explosion with the billowing smoke clouds, the cloud of smoke rising after the first explosion formed into expanding circles like the opening of a giant parasol. It was an unknown weapon, an iron thunderbolt—a gigantic messenger of death which reduced to ashes the entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas. The corpses were so burned as to be unrecognisable. The hair and the nails fell out. Pottery broke without apparent cause. And the birds turned white. After a few hours, all foodstuffs were infected. The soldiers threw themselves in streams to wash themselves and their equipment.”

So, the description describes the unthinkable: a nuclear explosion in our ancient past. Does this tell us that these ancient civilisations that have risen and fallen in the past had electricity and advanced mathematics of the cosmos and nature itself; is it possible they began a path that we are following now? Are we the first atomic civilisation, or has there been one before us?

The father of the modern nuclear program, J. Robert Oppenheimer (1904-1967), was asked this very question. A student asked him, “How do you feel after having exploded the world’s first atomic bomb on Earth?” He replied to a shocked audience,” Well, not the first atomic bomb, but the first in modern times.”

He studied the ancient texts above and firmly believed that we are a cyclic civilisation repeating a pattern from the past. If we are from the context of our simulation, we have to ask what the consequences of our simulation would be if we were to engage in a large-scale nuclear war. Could this be part of the simulation code?

The release of energy from a nuclear weapon is a tremendous amount of information/data released into the system, especially during multiple atomic explosions. How long can we continue producing that information volume before reaching total capacity?

Do we have the wisdom to recognise it and, as Newton’s law says, shift the energy and change the C variable to a new course?

The common thread running through all these possibilities—climate change, disease/ pandemics, or war—is that every one of them is related to human choice—the choices we make within our simulation result in the same conditions that could end this experience.

My wife’s healing story, Lisa Silva, is an excellent example of how we can influence our simulation and even rewrite the simulation code. You can read her story at the following link.

Conflict has played a dominant role throughout history. That theme is playing out today and appears to be coming to a head again.

My sense is that we are learning to create a world without war or where it has become obsolete. We are doing so by developing the potential within each of us as individuals.

And remember, the better we know ourselves, the less we fear, the less we fear one another, and the less we fear the unknown.

I hope this article opens your mind to the concepts of cycles, patterns, and fractals and shows how you can influence your simulation.

Namaste
