Are you ready to move past the stories and heal the wounds held deep in your body?
We invite you to join our incredible, well-crafted retreat program for a 7-day deep dive into trauma and the effortless, non-dual states of living. This isn’t just a spiritual getaway; it’s a strategic, therapeutic journey designed for lasting transformation.
You can’t skip the body on the way to awakening. Many spiritual paths risk spiritual bypassing by ignoring unresolved trauma. We don’t. Our method is a powerful synthesis built on a clear, three-phase journey.
What you gain: Day One gives you a profound understanding of yourself and how trauma operates as a physiological energy—a neurobiological wound held in your body, not just a psychological narrative.
The outcome: We introduce core somatic tools and techniques to ensure your nervous system is as stable as possible, laying the essential foundation of safety and awareness for the powerful emotional releases ahead.
2. 🌊 Phase Two: Deeper Trauma Release
This phase utilises potent medicines and intensive workshops to facilitate the **release of embodied trauma**. This specialized work is guided by the **Shangriballa Method**, which strategically employs medicine, meditation, workshops and somatic techniques to open and discharge the “frozen” energy of old wounds (Samskaras).
The whole strategy is built on the Shangriballa principle: The body must feel safe and regulated before the mind can truly let go of its need to defend a separate, traumatised identity. We don’t just seek non-dual states; we heal the trauma that blocks us from living from them.
Ready to stop defending the traumatised self and start living from embodied peace? Spaces are limited for this retreat.
